Terms and Conditions for Siren Studio Miniature Painting Services

1. Services Offered:

  • Siren Studio provides painting services for miniature models, figurines, and related items as agreed upon with the client.
  • All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices for painting services are determined based on the size, complexity, and quantity of miniatures to be painted.
  • Upon accepting the commission, the client is required to make a non-refundable deposit equal to half of the total estimated cost of the services.
  • The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • All pricing includes postage for domestic shipments. Additional fees will apply for international postage, which will be communicated to the client before shipping.

3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

  • Clients may cancel their order at any time before the commencement of painting services, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation once work has begun will only be considered if the project completion progress is less than 50%.
  • If cancellation occurs under these conditions, all models will be returned to the client in their current state, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Refunds, though not commonplace, can be processed at the discretion of Siren Studio management. 

4. Shipment of Commissions:

  • Miniatures commissioned for painting will be shipped to the client after the final payment has been made in full.
  • Siren Studio reserves the right to withhold shipment until full payment has been received.

5. Final Payment Deadline:

  • Failure to make the final payment within 28 days of completion of the commission will result in the forfeiture of the commission and the ownership of the miniature(s) reverting to Siren Studio.

6. Turnaround Time:

  • Siren Studio will provide an estimated turnaround time for completion of painting services based on the scope of the project.
  • Any delays in the completion of services will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

7. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing the miniatures to be painted in suitable condition for painting.
  • Any specific instructions or preferences regarding the painting of the miniatures must be communicated to in the client engagement form  prior to the commencement of services. This will be completed by a member of Siren Studio’s during your initial painting consolation. 

8. Quality Assurance:

  • Siren Studio strives to deliver high-quality painting services to its clients.
  • If the client is not satisfied with the completed work, they must notify Siren Studio within 7 days of receipt of the painted miniatures to discuss potential resolutions.

9. Liability:

  • Siren Studio will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the miniatures entrusted to its care.
  • However, Siren Studio is not responsible for any damage caused to miniatures during transit, whether domestic or international.

10. Intellectual Property:

  • The client retains all intellectual property rights to the miniatures provided for painting.
  • Siren Studio may showcase photos of completed work for promotional purposes, with the client's consent.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions may be updated or amended by Siren Studio from time to time.
  • Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions prior to the commencement of services.

By engaging the services of Siren Studio, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
